This self-paced online course blends legal awareness, trauma-informed practice, practical response tools, case studies and reflective learning — helping create workplaces where safety, dignity and respect are the standard.
Participants will complete the course with knowledge of practical ways to embed trauma informed practice into their approaches, a step by step breakdown of a trauma informed response plan and a step by step breakdown of how to protect their own mental health following a disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual assault.

I am a qualified teacher, certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor specialising in trauma-informed practice, sexual harassment and assault response, psychosocial disability, and psychologically safe workplaces.
